I can only speak for Stark/ Summit county, but yes, you would need one.

Most times they will just tell you to go get the permit if they catch you. Depends what kind of mood they are in that day. If your not pulling a permit, make sure your doing everything to code just in case. They can make you dig up footers to inspect them/etc.

Only thing I can think of is they will probably say something b/c the drywall is a fire block. I would think it would need drywall on it somehow. Best bet is to call Don some morning and ask him.

Haven't been to Orlando mx in a couple years, didn't care for it much though. Just checked out Florida cycle park on Friday, had a blast there.

For me, that's prefect. I'm staying about an hour away right now, if they were open when I could go down, I'd still go. It's a fun place, lots to do, trails are a freaking blast too!

Only been on the highway so far. Down 77 through the mountains, 17.5. Everything else has been 18-19.5. Doing 75.

I have a 3/4 ton truck and a 3/4 ton chevy van. Bought the van for my work, but I love it. I use my van way more than my truck. Just bought a low roof 136" promaster. Only used it a little so far, but I love it. more height, better mpg, more room. drives way nicer than my older van too

It's a cool facility, but I'd go to ww any day or ftt. The extra 4 hours of driving are not worth going to just ride ftt. If you're already heading down for something else, great.

That place just had such perfect flow.

I miss that place so much. Loved it there.
