The cases have a 2mm x15mm "notch" milled out of the cases on the intake side between the reeds and crank . Basically 1mm off each side of the cases. Pretty simple if you have the cases apart. It allowed fuel to get lower and go to the crank.

Track was OK yesterday. In their defense...they were expecting rain at 1:00 that afternoon. Had they ripped it deep...it would have been a mess with that kind of prep. Well...it didn't rain until all the racing was done and we had hardpack with some dust. Ive seen worse.

125's did due to lack of lubrication in the bottom end. They fixed it in 04 with the cases having a 2mm cut out in them to allow lurbrication to get to the bottom end... I believe the 250's were OK but they were slow...

Here is the stuff I found on MX Sports. Last year I thought it was 4. Looks like this year it is 5 for 45+, 3 for 50+.

They only take 4 to LL from Red Bud in 45+ and higher age classes... Sucks

If I rember correctly...they only take 4 out of our class. At least you get double that. Add ex pros to that equation and see how it comes out.

There's a difference between the high octane and the oxygenated fuel. 110 makes my FI 450 pop and sputter like mad but is needed in the 144.

I went up down one tooth on the rear because I was coming up short on tables and doubles in 2nd gear, and couldn't carry enough speed to get 3rd gear to work. It worked great, even as slow as I am. One full tooth on the front sprocket is REALLY noticable. On my 144 it was a completely different...

Thinking about 50+ at Crow and Fastraxx. Gotta get some seat time when the weather clears up...
