Amherst Meadowlarks 1975, finished 4th in a very competitive 125 class on a new 75 RM 125. I was 16 in my Dad's pickup truck. Met JB who was 15. His Mom had to drive him. We became best buds and raced together for years. Thanks for letting me use your truck Dad.

Very impressive. Motorcycle racing as a whole seldom gets the exposure that other sports get. I always say it's a thankless sport. No one really cares, you do it because you love it. Congratulations, well deserved.

Yes I read that story and was very impressed. He gave that kid a memory he will never forget. He is the man. Cool that the kid wanted to come to the states and his Mom brought him. Cool story. Way to pay it forward.

Anderson won qualifying, Ferris third, great for a one off race. Somethings up with Musquin, way back and only rode a few laps, points leader. Savatgy in front of the 250's.

Not much talk but everyone is either busy or at the race. It should be a great race and hot. I think Bagget should be hot as well and finish on the podium. It's a tough guess with so many stepping up since Dunge retired. Maybe Eli will flip the switch and kick some butt. Wish I was there.

In theory they are great. Cheap transportation and cool styling. But the rest of the world drives motorcycles more than cars. Like India just surpassed China for buying the most motorcycles in a year, I think 17 million. But we have more money to buy Japan's better quality products and Austria...
