Some county courts have ruled in favor of the landowners being able to turn the surveyors away. Now, from what I read Nexus has file suits against the landowners. I am not sure what happens next.

Last night, I learned about the Nexus pipeline possibly running right through the Smith Road track and although I have only ridden my bike 2x this year, I must say that I am just sick over this. Whether you are a fan of it or not, Smith Road has been around along time and to see it go away...

I have been watching the times too. I am very proud of all of our Cleveland / Akron Area riders. Still, not a fan of former pros returning to LL. But, that may just be me! Enjoy it guys! See ya. Rich
