just a heads up,in 2 weeks ohio valley bsa clubs meet aug 10-1-12,vintage trials,reliability/dualsport ride and more :cool:

I'm a hard core spectator this weekend,no swapmeet spot,nothing for sale (RS250 is but I'm not babysitting it all weekend like the RM last year),not racing,bringing my 250 triumph and CT70 for transport,should be big fun:cool:

this nightmare is almost over,received western union payment yesterday,I should have specified US$ as I took about a 5% hit on the exchange,got to tag the boxes and get them to ups or have them pick them up,box with engine weights 83#,driver wont like me

we had 29 bikes in the reliability run 2/3 were late models,a pair of triumph twins,a zundapp enduro,and a few jap enduros as well,swap meet was light as was the overall attendance,weather kept a lot away,did not see the numbers for the trials,troyan took 3rd in his class but that's all I know...

a bit dirty from 100 miles (of a 80 mile ride) dual sport ride,won my class as I was the only one in it:p

would that be hi class or low?..........................................

the feature I liked the most about my husky WR430 was the light speed mode it had mid point of the throttle,everything just turned to a blurrrrrrrrrrrr,sorry nerve damage due to trying to hang on to that beast,last saw it in the back of a chevy LUV truck heading to ft. wayne ind.

in all the bikes and parts I have bought and sold over the years none have brought out the wackos like this one,first and longest running wacko is from austraila he's been hounding me for over a month for parts but can never commit to what he wants and then last week he's all ready to go wants...

TITLED AND PLATED,rode it around this weekend,got dirt bike gearing so 40 mph was it,but was fun at that,going to need a clutch soon,not slipping while riding but due to the compression was during start up,requires technique to be successful

BSA owners club meet coming up,dust off them old trials bikes and give it a go,reliability run is now the dual sport ride(?),I going to give that a try on my 250 triumph I just finished,Troyan and Hartney should be there as well,I'll post a reminder the week before

got lights and working brake lamp,stuck the histarical plate off a bike long gone and hit the road saturday,just buzzed the local streets but got 15 miles on it over the weekend,got a bunch of attention on it including some dude who had his phone out taking a bunch of pics while I was eating...

best part of this project is I sold most of the stuff I was not using from it to finance the improvements,plus this was a runner from the start so no engine work needed,great compression and oil pressure,still has the points it came with,upgrades include a mikuni carb and that crazy exhaust

yep,for some reason this one trips me up right shift left brake,been riding my 68 bsa 650 since 96 w/o any trouble,just got to get my mine into a brit dirt bike

has a title,lights are coming,I want to ride the reliability run down at the BSA meet in june
