I forgot to mention I use Maxima FFT as my filter oil. The filters get changed every ride because my 500 has cut out on each side of the airbox that you can open and it seems to let alot more dust and stuff in.

look up soda blasting on youtube, they use a box of baking soda and an air nozzle on an air compressor with some pretty good results, I personally havent tried it yet though.

a 500 would cover the fun requirement :) How about a KTM 300, I think that would be about the perfect bike. Plenty of motor in a modern frame, all the torque you'd ever need and you wouldnt have to change top ends like a 125/144.

Even at 300lbs the 500 will take you for a ride, I couldnt imagine that little guy on a 500. I put a new cable (no lube) and aluminum throttle tube on mine and it brought back the new from the dealer feeling to the throttle.

Don't alot of manufacturers put little ratio recommendations on the bottle? I swear I've seen some that say something like 32:1 -40:1 for 125s, 40:1 - 50:1 for 250s and 50:1 for 500s. I think as long as your getting a good brand name two stroke oil 50:1 would be fine for a 125, my YZ 125, KDX...
