I'm trying to put together a district 11 reuion/legends race in conjunction with the April 24 th Dirt Country PV race. Hoping it might also help get more people involved in the vintage scene. I'm guessing this years race would be on modern bikes but maybe next we could do more of a vintage theme...

I rebuilt one back in 99, found it in the back of a truck at Casey, Ill in may of that year, I bought it for 400 bucks. Won Honda Hills national on it a few months later. Bike ripped !

I learned how to wheelie at Shipps Wheelsport back in 82 on one of those, I bet that MX80 we sold as new had about 20 hrs on it. I had to hide from the owner in the corner for about week as I flipped it and bent up the rear fender. Ahhhh Good times

Fred's just the latest in a long line of people that have tried to bring AHRMA out of the dark ages. Most just give up and flip AHRMA the bird and start their own series (Rick Doughty American Retorocoss, Dave Boydsen American Vintage Dirt Racers (AVDRA), Woody Graves Mid-West Vintage series...
