Once AHRMA raised the price to 65 bucks I was out, 75 is ridiculous. They raised the price once the cash cow (Vintage days /AMA) split. You can thank Jeff Smith IMO for this mess ! Lawsuits ECT . . . .

Yup I am-besides I think motocross bikes always look better with the paint worn off the pipe, frame and side covers :) It was pretty cool just riding it up and down the street !

I finally fired up my old 82 YZ250 yesterday, I rode it up and down the street a few times. Bike sounds awesome! Now do I break it out at Mid-Ohio or put it back on the stand and look at it ?

Is that the KX that was on Ebay ? TB901 had one of those bikes in 86, I think Terry was waiting for the RM's to get race able again, by 88 he bought a RM and has been on them ever since. I might still have a picture of me racing it. It was a pretty good bike as I recall.

You guys are welcome! TB901 and I didn't go, had we gone the sky's would have opened up and you would have needed an ark to get around the track! On a serious note I keep think the states need a vintage race like Farleigh Castle, maybe this is it ?

Mike-I think it's PJ1 but I might be wrong, overall I'm not that happy with any of the stuff I painted. Nothing is quit Nos correct. DC panels I had laying around and I don't mind them, Nos would be great but If I could find them I'm guessing pricey. Didn't I mention I hate all this painting...

Horrible pictures, but the front end is now on the 82 did you know the 82 YZ's have a left and right lower radiator mount? I do now , I bought 2 nos left's apparently.
