    Flashback - Ohio Glory Days

Look how much he's over gripped with the throttle hand. It's no surprise Pomeroy was such a dominate competitor. I don't know what it is that makes the Bultaco look like such a compact, yet brute, machine on the track? Even the rear tire looks big.

    Flashback - Ohio Glory Days

Jim Scaysbrook at Mid-Ohio. Two DNFs and a sore butt. Scaysbrook at Mid-Ohio before the seat fell off. Jim’s Maico in the pits at Mid-Ohio. A factory racer, this is not................. Big changes coming for Maico! Grass track starts. Seems unheard of today. Hard to imagine these...

    Flashback - Ohio Glory Days

Seeing pic's like this just never gets old. (nabbed from facebook) Decoster- Honda Hills 1974 Trans-AMA.................... great pic! For 1974, that Suzuki was pretty tricked out.

    83 CR250 - I am not doing it but......

The 84 YZ needed wrenching to get it ready for Vintage Days, and so decided Grear's would be a good race to pull the 82 YZ from mothballs and show it some action. I actually had some pretty decent finishes on the 82YZ back in the years I was racing it. The bike ran awesome at Grear's, but the...

    83 CR250 - I am not doing it but......

I'll have to dig a little Bill, but I know I have some race pic's with you on your 83 CR. Might even have some going back to Action Sports.

    83 CR250 - I am not doing it but......

Seeing other finished bikes is always a good motivator to rebuild one. Facing off against Wheeler on his 83 CR at Grears this summer. I had nothing for him, and he smoked all of us.

    83 CR250 - I am not doing it but......

It is ABSURD that it takes me this long to get projects rolling, just too much other stuff always going on. After racing my 98 CR250 this summer, and then lining up next to Greg Wheeler on his 83 CR250 at Grear's back in June, I made up my mind, it's time to get my project "CR"'s built so that...

    Dr 350 project

Sweet! The bike would be a blast to buzz around in and out of town on. A friend of mine has been hounding me for quite some time to pick up a Dual Sport so I can ride with them.

    Congrats Henry Gref

AHRMA magazine did a big write up on Mr. Gref this summer. It was quite an interesting read. I've been seeing his name a lot over the years and have spotted him in person a few times, but it really means little until you know and understand the story behind the Man. Very Cool!

    Back to back motos

Would of loved being there. Was called into work 6:30am Saturday morning for a chiller machine breakdown, didn't get out until 4:30. Missed our Noon ball game as well. Then we had Grandkids on Sunday. Unfortunately other responsibilities taking priority over riding or racing right now. We had...

    True colors

Popped up on facebook. Immediately, I thought how ironic......... the biggest "hate crimes" taking place right now is the DOJ-Department Of Justice, the FBI, the House Judiciary Committee, Media of the Left.... and last but certainly not least the Democrat Members of Congress hatred, targeting...

Grears GP by MERP - Course Preview

Love this video! That was the start of our "B" class. If you watch the left side of the group, you can see me on my 1998 CR250 getting a nice jump off the line and out of the group "roosting away". I just didn't have the ponies or the drive to get to the first turn as fast as the others...
