I have made the trip to GTR for the last 2 years, will be going for the 3rd year in a row in March. My group (B to beginner riders, woods and moto guys) always have a great time. The place is huge and there is plenty of stuff to ride for different skills/interests. RV hookups (water/electric)...

Just rode here this past Saturday. My new favorite track! Super long lap times. Huge, but safe jumps. The big triple in the front section is absolutely insane. Will definitely be going back!

I wear the EVS axis sports. I love mine, honestly no complaints. I bought them slightly used and have been wearing them for about 2 seasons now and are still in great shape. I actually have a pair of mediums that are in good shape that I am trying to sell.

Rode at East Bend last March and had a great time. Sort of a small track with little elevation, but the red dirt is sick. Fun layout with some rhythm sections, rollers, big triples, and tables.

The hour before and after the timed sessions is the way to do it. I loved the track and prep all day, but I did hear a few complaints from others about watering and causing the faces to be very slick. Will be back!

How much ride time did you get on the bikes? Thoughts? Just curious about the demo and why you weren't impressed.

Hmmmm... seems to be developed using a more sticky compound since they are being used for arenacross/supercross. Wonder if they will come out with a harder compound for motocross applications? With such a soft compound these things will get worn out fast and at $145 a piece... that's a heavy penny.
