As far as driving in this area....We have been born and bread in Y-town....Been driving around this city for 43 years...and we are FINE..My dad owns the main cab company in town and it runs 24 hours and they are FINE!! EVERY TOWN has bad areas....NOT JUST Y-TOWN!! Use a little STREET SMARTS...
