Thanks guys, I took it to someone that was recommended after reading this post, I believe it needs new valves also, (at least the intake) Ill give you an update once we figure it out.

Thank you, but not too long ago the motor was complete rebuilt, new crank, rod, piston and bearings, the whole thing and the guy who did it didn't say anything about the head, I'm going to try a larger pilot jet, and see it that helps. It seems a lot of people have this problem with that year...

Im 99% sure it is the stator, I tested the connections for voltage on the right side of the bike, one was 20 V, and the other was 0, They are supposed to be 50V min, and .7 WHERE THE HECK CAN I FIND A STATOR FOR THIS BIKE!!!! I cant find one on motosport, crfsonly, anywhere, is this an...

I was out there last weekend, and I thought the track was run very well and liked how everything was split up! Very good place to ride in the winter and its 10 minutes from my house, I was surprised how nice everything was. Thanks for a awesome place to ride in the winter!
