A '92 KX125 parts bike popped up on Facebook today cheap and the boys went and grabbed it. We have all the pieces we need and then some. Looks like it may have a Works Performance built shock on it as a bonus.

Hi, Bill. Yeah, absolutely sure because I ordered the 1252 gear. Turns out it goes on the end of the shaft that operates the upper part of the valve that's in the main exhaust port. Partzilla's diagrams only show one spur gear but there are two. I went to Bike Bandit to see what their diagrams...

My stepson just picked up a 1992 KX125 that needed some TLC and a few pieces. Now we're down to needing a piece for the power valve, the spur gear P/N 59051-1249. It's the one that drops into the base of the cylinder and operates the right exhaust valve. The PO left out every part on this side...

K01, You're flush with 5, 4, 3, and 2 decade old bike's, too. :) I'm missing 1 and 3 decades old. I'll have to correct that. Kevin

What year is the cutoff for Non Current next year? Is it 7 or 10 years old or older? I'm going to be looking for a 125 to build for my stepson who is a true, D class, novice. He came to Vintage Days with us this year for the first time and is hooked. I'm thinking Non Current so he can race it on...

Not much of a football fan anymore and no TV currently in the motorhome. I may have one I could bring, though, I'll have to check on it and let you know. Sounds like fun to me, anyway, I'm looking forward to it, as well.

Bill, I think you're right. I looked at Delta's website and for Saturday it says Ahrma Vintage during the day and their regular Modern race at night with vintage "support" classes. It sounds like it has the high potential to be a blast. Right now I'm planning on just taking the vintage MX360...

Thanks, Mike. So they race the vintage bikes under the lights? I guess I'm assuming that they run vintage on Saturday and PV on Sunday with Saturday daytime practice? Is there a schedule of events posted somewhere? This sounds like a real good time. Kevin

Ok, I think I'm going to be able to get everyone together for Delta on Labor Day. Camping? Weekend Ahrma membership availability? Vintage friendly track? Any other feedback on this event? I'm hoping to get a couple more in this year provided everyone's in town and not traveling for work. Kevin

Number 9. Monte is the kid's name. I met the guy briefly that owns the bike, nice guy, absolutely beautiful bike. Our MX360 is pretty competitive for what it is, I'm happy with it but I think there may be a little still left in it. I have a few ideas so hopefully we can have something for Monte...
