    "Amatuer" Nationals

i remember a few years ago the fastest lap time came from Kevin Walker when he beat Emig too. Kevin was hardly a "successful" pro rider and i think Emig's resume speaks for itself. Couple years ago i got 8th in the +40 class and there were lots of 80 riders who had faster lap times then me...

    Hello from Loretta Lynn's!

Jimmy is a beast!! Him and his dad are some of the nicest folks that you will ever meet too. He is always fast but really turns it up down at the ranch.

    Hello from Loretta Lynn's!

Congratulations to both Jon Agin and to Gaylon Dickson who finished 3rd overall in +40. Gaylon is from D5 and was just up at Area330 a couple weeks ago. Jon has always been fast and is always in incredible shape! I have raced with and been friends with both those guys for better then 20 years...

    "Amatuer" Nationals

Marc its so refreshing to see a Vet rider that gets it!!! All this BS about "A vet expert class" is crazy! So because i was fast a looooooooooong time ago i should only have one option to qualify instead of the multiple "age" classes that i am age appropriate for? Forget the Amateur part and...

    "Amatuer" Nationals

If Chad Reed (or any pro for that matter) sits out 2012 and races no pro events then he can ride ANY age class that he is appropriate for in 2013. Except for +30b/c, no A riders allowed in there. You can actually ride in the +25 class if you have qualified for a national as long as you haven't...

    "Amatuer" Nationals

Here we go again with the same thing! So because i was fast enough to qualify for a few nationals when i was in my 20's i shouldn't be allowed to race at LL unless i race with the 18 year olds who are trying to do this for a living? NOT!! What about going locals? SO i am not allowed to sign...

    Hello from Loretta Lynn's!

they run 45 and 50 on the track at the same time so they only take 30 in 45 and 20 in 50. i am not sure how running 50 on the track is better then splitting into 2 classes with 40 each. one more class cant be that hard to get into 5 days of racing.

    Hello from Loretta Lynn's!

    Hello from Loretta Lynn's!

Was just txting with Gaylon Dickson who got 4th in the +40. He got off to an outside the top 15 start and then had to make a GAS STOP!!! apparently he forgot to check his gas until the 2 min card was up and didn't have enough time to fuel up and didn't have enough for the whole moto so had to...

Why is it that no one is racing in District 11?

Victory Sports used to have a +25A and a +30A class and decided to combine the classes to one Vet Expert class that went from +25 and up. They used to get about 10-12 riders in each class. Now if they get 5 riders in the Vet Expert class that is a BIG turnout. All the other classes stayed the...

Why is it that no one is racing in District 11?

here is my opinion, take it as you want but i have been doing this for right around 30 years and seen it all come and go but this is the worst i have seen the sport "locally" ever. Allot of the tracks in our area are pretty played out i will agree with that. The promoters need to give us...

Body protection...why have we not seen this ???

i think one of the reasons something like this wont work in moto is they dont deflate. In other forms of competition, like horse compet, they don't get back up after crashing and go again. i like the concept though and it would be cool to see something like this.....

sometimes i hate the sport that i love: RIP Josh Lichtle

Met Josh and his dad years ago at the RM cup when it was out at Washougal. He was such an awesome personality and the kid was just always having fun and he got it honestly because his dad was one of the nicest guys you would ever meet. Talked to him again a few years ago when he came down to...

    1999 National Numbers

they don't separate them anymore, but i believe you are correct and Mike did win the 30A class one year, but he also won the 25 class once too i believe and that class isn't separated. don't get me wrong either as i am in no way bagging on Mike Katin!! I am a big fan of his and stopped by his...

Spoken like someone who jsut doesn't get it!! Yup, full time job thank you. Yup 2 kids that have interests that keep my plenty busy, thank you. Ex-pro class would be great and i would love riding that class. Tell me super Georgie since you want to tell everyone what class they are qualified...

    1999 National Numbers

so me riding an age class, of which i am within the requirements, is the same as riding a "riding ability" class? I don't believe that i have the "ability" to ride the A/pro classes anymore with limited practice time and defiantely not being in shape so i am not qualified for that class. but...
