That is what OIR did. Seems a lot of tracks are doing this and it works out pretty good.

I was-LOL Wanted to shoot more but CJ's motos were almost back to back so we had to take both bikes to the gate at one time and I couldn't fit the camera with everything else. The track wasn't too bad actually. They prepped for bikes and then again for the quads.

The track turned around real nice from practice to race time. Few things that could be looked into are the double double section before the drop down part by the scoring station. Maybe make the last double a triple or space it out some more. Most of the bike were landing flat about 10 feet past...

That's what leatt is claiming on their website. I think if they know the old back piece is causing injuries then they should let you send that piece in and exchange it with the new design. We have a new design leatt and the entire thing seems more flexible then our old one.

It was rough in a few sections but not too bad overall. The parking lot was the worst part. The track soaked up the water pretty good.

Those are CRA rules but they will be basically the same everywhere. Running a 50cc bike in jr or sr mini wouldn't be a good thing. For one, the power of the 50 compared to the 85's in those classes isn't even close which will play into safety of him with the bigger bikes. Your best bet would be...

Nice computer. I hear lots of good things about the new Sony cameras. Check out the tamron 70-200 if you get a chance. People seem to like them and the price is reasonable especially for a F2.8 lens.
