I have a 2006 kx250f bought it new in 06. So its 2011 now and I have not put in new piston or rings since ive bought it. I was thinking of replacing it but not sure if i need to it still runs good seems it loss some compression when i kick it but still starts easy. any advice would be great. i raced it in (07 6x) (08 17x) (09 6x) (10 2x)

Rebuild, theres alot of time on it. Chances are your crank will need some help too. Spend the $500 or so and rebuild your motor before it blows then turns into a $2000 job.

x3 and get an hour meter, never have to guess on time.
