No warfare but the school kids are being left out & no one talks about them.

Yes is for the kids as they are being overlooked on this important issue & will be the big losers when the serious cut backs
start as the system is broke. Look at the cut backs Cleveland just made & the Suburbs will be next.

Who will loose busing, classes, sports & so on so a few can benefit? Not fair to them at all.
