There is never a bargain in plea bargain. The only person who gets a bargain out of it is the state. They will either stack the charges vertically or horizontally so you are pleading guilty to the same thing you would be getting charged with at court. It just saves time and money for the state and attorneys like it too because they still get paid and don't have to do any work.
