What is this best way to "view" and save mp4 GoPro files without being hooked to a PC?
I'm still on an older PC with slower and less processing power, for now. ( E machine/Windows XP)

I like to watch my videos on TV so what's the best (easiest way) to play these files on these newer flat screen TV's (or older TV's) without streaming from the GoPro itself?

Is there a type of player or adapter that will stream the files to a TV?

( I have and use both an older GoPro Hero, and the new GoPro Hero3 Silver edition )

If your TV doesn't have a built in card reader you would need something like this:

But I doubt a $20 piece from china could handle HD.. and that one won't output in HD either.


Why can't you stream from the gopro itself? That's probably your best bet..
