Handlebar bushings - which type?

I am tired of my handlebars being out of alignment etc. when I have a fall or something. Should I replace them with rubber bushings or aluminum? PROS /.CONS? Thanks
 
The rubber mounted handle bar clamps tweak if you look at them wrong, my RMZ has them and I hate them. Dont go that route.
 
aluminum cones, the grips will soak up the vibes just like they have for the last 40 years until they started rubber mounting the handlebars.
 
Where can i get the aluminum cones? I wrecked in a rut the other day and them damn things are all tweaked outa whack now. Its drivin me crazy
