So I'm sitting around sipping the apple jack I made this year, watching
the wife, son, and mom-in-law prepare for tomorrow's festivities. My
job is to stay upright and make sure there is music. Somehow, I got to
this - which is an amazing display of talent. If I could only forget who
is doing it, or reconcile in my alcohol addled brain who this is with the
excellence of the music, I would not have posted this and caused you
to have the same cognitive dissonance.

If quote (history) revision actually fixed anything, dissonance would surely follow.
