a 19 year old man cut his own head off with one in a park??? Can you imagine the scene in a park and a beheaded dude with a bloody drone next to him?
Yeah, just what I want flying over my head flown by who knows who. Somebody better think proactive and ban those at their events before they get sued in this lawyer filled country of ours.

No no, not a full beheading...just the top of his head. Further research shows the drone was rejected from it's application to ISIS.
