When the motorcycle stalled out, a Cleveland Police Officer attempted to arrest him, but Jackson wrapped both arms around the officer and they both fell to the ground.
A second officer placed Jackson under arrest.
Jackson appeared in traffic court Tuesday.
The four tickets he received were thrown out after Jackson pleaded no contest. He was found guilty though of muffler--excess smoke/gas.

Someone needs to tell them to start stealing KTMS. They got that 'lectric start bruh.
Thrown out? LMFAO. What about driving without license plate. Without insurance, disobeying traffic laws, disobeying orders of a police officer. Yadabyada yada yada. Talk about corruption. Good thing the cop didnt shoot him in the scuffle. Cops life woulda been over.
