2 stroke pipe repair

So picked up another yz 250 and the pipe has a large dent in it been looking online and youtube on the repairs that can be done but is it worth it or just better to just bite the bullet and buy a new one?

cap end fill with compressed air slowly heat dent with torch bam fixed sand and clear coat. BE CAREFUL ive had the cap pop off it
