Michigan Memorial Day

Group of us took A trip up to Michigan for some weekend riding. First stop was Martin MX. A nice sand track that was fun, safe and well run. It was my first time and would for sure stop again when up there.

Then:::!!
We continued up north a little farther to a town called Newaygo.
There, we got a chance to ride Big Air Mx -
Another sand track that catapulted up my list of ALL TIME favorite tracks.
Yeah - it’s that sick, that fun, more fun than many national tracks I’ve ridden.
All that and an absolutely beautiful facility.

Awesome! Big air has been on my radar since last year when I contemplated an area qualifier they had. Watched all kinds vids of the place back them. Dirt looks awesome!

Dude - sickest "local" track -
Sand is like Baja bottom section
Jumps, flow & elevation - Out of this WORLD fun -!

Newaygo -is life -!

Same here....top 5 all time fav tracks. Soooo much elevation, turns, fun safe jumps. Austin was in the zone there for sure, never saw him have so much fun. It made the entire trip for me!

Nice booter, very steep face. 3rd gear 2/3 on my 450. The boy comes out on his own and nails it 4th tapped on the 65. No clue where that came from but he loved it!

Cool pics and video. Raced there once 20 years ago, really fun track. I don't have a good reason why I haven't been back.
