Yes it's open to the public.
They do can food drives, animal shelter drives, cook chili for cold days, have bonfires. Really a great place.
My boy takes his fishing pole every where, but they even offered to let him use a pole when he asked if he could fish in the pond.

Didn’t realize they were still open.

They just opened back up after track renovation, medical issues, and tractor issues I believe.
I know it was just recently they opened back up
