I did read the ‘23 Suzuki is “all new”. Hopefully that was not a particle statement from “all new graphics”.

I heard that too. Although I'm not sure I'm buying "all new."

I think it will be a motor redesign for the 450 in order to have electric start. Probably have the same'ish chassis since that was just all new in 2018.

I doubt it is going to be major changes. Probably BNG and Electric start.
