Man he makes me want to get a ktm and that gear. And for the frame needing to go...KTM's handle great without the alum frame, if you don't believe....go to a KTM demo day and be impressed! I'd be on an orange 250 if I didn't find a sweetly priced YZ250!

and all ktm needed was a good rider on the 450 to show the world what the bike is really capable of.... oh wait.. all bikes are the same its mostly just the rider..

but i perfer austrain over japs all day

I did not say they handled bad or anything of the sort. I just said I don't like the way the old tube frames look. That's it.

No it's cool! Dude they are stout! I have looked at them and they are bad ass and tuff looking for sure. I like them, even not having rode one, I just like the look of the newer frame. Even if KTM had a newer frame, i couldn't afford one, so it really doesn't matter!
