PR: 2012 VMD Online Entry Open

Nice bike Terry! This non-current class is going to be a lot of fun.....especially when you guys get smoked by
a 125. Yes, I threw it down hahaha.

I didn't tell you? Jeff Hillis is going to show up on a 1987 CR125 and smoke everyone! Speculation of course
but I would love to see that.

Don't know why, but I bought this 94 CR250. Too early to tell if I got screwed. As usual it's all EVO's fault. He got me all fired up. Then, 30 seconds after I handed over the cash, I thought wtf am I doing?

I had that exact bike!...I tweaked the suspension and put a Boyesen fuel bowl on it to take the funky bog out of it.... loved it, sold it for a 1996 CR250 and kicked myself as the 94 was a better bike.....

I am a buyer when you are sick of it! Just drop it off at Scott's house!!.....

Heck Kurt I used a picture of your CR from Mid-Ohio as Moto Porn to help get Terry (TB901) to start seaching for a 93/96 CR250. It was pretty easy actually!

"I am a buyer when you are sick of it! Just drop it off at Scott's house!!..... " See Terry you already have a buyer-Win Win

This thread got me motivated to work on the bike in the above picture....it has rear brakes now and new hoses.

That's all that was there last year. I think both classes had about 5 or 6 riders in each. I know of 3 in my town alone (me, Ben Rogers, Adam Johnson) who are going this year with mid 90's CRs.

Ben and I had a great battle last year! That was a lot of fun but tell him to stay home this year hahaha. You guys
go ahead and bring your mighty CR's, I have a little princess RM125 that sticks inside lines, doesn't feel bumps and
hates the color red.

They all look better in pictures. We tried to ride this thing at Dirt (Dust) Country. It pretty much sucks as is. Very soft motor, hopefully just worn, or due to flat head pipe. It has a steam roller rear tire, 130/90-18. Someone jacked the shock pre-load to the max which drove the "Bic pen" fork springs further down in the travel. The steering bearings have a detent so you can’t turn. But ironically, at about 12mph, I got the worst headshake ever. After that, I was white knuckled just idling thru the pits. Not to fear Mr 361, the big brown truck has been stopping at my house everyday for the last 2 weeks. Just to highlight a few of the deliveries: cylinder, pipe, silencer, fork springs, head bearing, gold valves, tires etc. so it should be all fixed up for the next owner, you.

Dave-
Pretty sure all you'll be a seeing is the rear fender of the old bruised kermit ! (Green/Purple KX) Brappppp!!!

Anyone know what the newest bike is you can race in the Non-Current class? I can't seem to find the rules.

I'm trying as hard as I can NOT to get sucked into this....
