Sad to hear. I didnt know Bob but many people might say that dying at his age riding MX is a horrible thing. I would agree also but another way to look at this tragedy would be that many people die at his age and earlier for reasons out of their control, my Grand Father died at that age from heart disease. I would rather go Bob's way, doing whatever it is you love.

Met and spoke with Bob a number of times at AHRMA events . Indeed a super nice guy and the epitome of what a vintage racer truly should strive to be like . He will be missed .

Very sad to hear. I had also met Bob at an AHRMA event, super cool guy.

Bob also handled keeping track of points for AHRMA...over the phone, I talked with him about a scoring issue and he couldn't have been more helpful.

My condolences to his family...RIP Bob, you'll be missed by many folks.

Bummer on his passing away. I met Bob at AHRMA races & always enjoyed talking to him but have not been to a race for over 4 years.
