2004 RM 125 Project Completed

Hey Steve - what did you use to polish the cases and swingarm? What do you have for a sandblaster that works so well?
 
For the cases i used a staineless wire wheel with my drill, and also used scotch brite rotary attachments for a dremel for the smaller places. The swingarm i just used a regular scotch brite pad, wd-40, and some elbow grease.

the sandblaster i have is a gravity feed unit from harbor freight i believe. it works well. i just used play sand and ran it through a screen to get rid of the small stones, and larger pieces of sand.
 
I sold it for the asking price a few weeks ago. My wife and I are sellin our house and looking for another, so having the money now was better than waiting on more money later.

I plan on doing even better 2stroke builds in the future and Raffling them for a privateer benefit.
