Pretty sure that's a '76-77 YZ fuel tank. Side panels look somewhat like early '80s Maico, but a lot were the same shape then. Trick build for sure!

All I see is a stock 79 RM with a YZ tank, Fox Airs, aftermarket exhaust and a lot of paint

All I see is a guy that owns a powdercoat company... Why do guys put all that work into something then make it look like a clown bike with all the colors? Make it original colors and then you got something.
Kinda like the build, just wish it looked of the era. See Mike's picture? That bike does not have red cases and day glow rims... and it looks great.
