A guy with a gun on his shoulder walking around Walmart gets told by the police to drop the weapon, He doesn't do it so the cops shot him, Then the parents want the cop arrested.... Come on man, you know we have to find someone at fault for the dead guy. It cant possibly be his fault.
 
Chris your bringing up the Wal Mart case now? Lots of questions about that whole case. Funny how he casually walks down the isle, and grabs a gun that is out of the package without even really looking or stopping (perhaps it was taken out already for him). Then he stands in one isle (pets, where no one really is) for a long time on the phone. He had no wallet or money on him. I think he was going to rob the place myself. But we will never know. At the end of the day though, officer said drop your weapon, and he did not. With all the info they had received from dispatch, it was a good shoot.
