Is there a way to make a Pitracer post automatically post to Facebook,Twitter,Instagram so some of the track owners could do just 1 post here on PR and have it show up at all the other social media sites?

One of the main reasons I use FB is to reach out to potential new riders, we cant grow the sport by just marketing to the existing client base (pitracer). AND, if you want to get some spectators to your events, you cannot limit yourself in terms of marketing. If we completely close off our minds and keep a narrow focus, we may miss good opportunities to create good things in life. Write that %#$@^ down, i coined it as i typed. Seriously, i did. Ok I will deflate and move on now.
Nobody is saying dont use FB or other avenues. But remember your huge FB number doesnt mean squat about RIDERS reached. You are reaching every friend of a Boner regardless if they give a *!*!*!*! about dirt bikes and lawn mowers or not. Does it help? Absolutely, but I dont think it has the potetial to affect your bottom line as much as a dedicated site such as PR. As people have stated above, this is where you find new tracks to ride at that you may not have heard about before, this is a one stop place for current conditions and updates for MANY tracks. Facebook doesnt offer that accessability to so many tracks under one forum heading.
You didnt stamp anything except your lower back like a 17 year old hussy tramp! And your wife claims you are always deflated!
Coin that one bitch
THAT may be the biggest factor in why owners and promoters don't use this site... Luddite
You just nailed it. It is a clique on here. We are outsiders as well and do not dare speak up on most topics. There are about 6-10 regulars that comment on every post. I personally know that don't mean any harm by any comments. But to others they probably do not know how to take them. There is a lot of bashing on this site. Both of tracks, promoters and people, but that's life. I think more would chime in, but it is cliquish on here, just like other forums of social media. I know some of my buds from PA read the posts anonymously all the time, but don't dare set up an account.
I've found some to be cliquish, but really don't care. I try to spread the word, but in reality, I am just an outsider here. The promoters in my area feel the same Chuck, so they don't really put any effort into your site.
I've already commented more on this post than I have in 3 years. I prefer to just sitback watch and learn. I hope to see everyone at a track soon!!We will be using the track guide a lot this year. Got to hit some new locations
I will also be writing a review after each visit focusing purely on facts and not attacking anyone. BUT. If it sucks, I will not mix words
Cliquish ? I don't see it. Two years ago before I started posting on here I didn't know anyone on here. Start posting and create conversations and see the friendships that develop. We all have this great sport in common, why feel like an outsider?
This is my number source for entertainment. The more people participate the better it is. Don't be the silent type. Stand up and tell us how you feel
I do like your idea of segregated forums... but it is hard enough to keep the track guide up to date.. god forbid an entire forum for one track or series...... the search continues.. how do we convince the moto slobs that this site really satisfies their needs more than facebook, instagram, twitter, and myspace... because you only have to look in ONE place to find everything.. I think just with more effort to promote the actual features of the site and not just the site itself will be a huge help. Also, I know some are opposed to the idea of social media... but it can be very beneficial in luring people back to the site or providing the same information that can be found on the site for those who are too lazy to go check the forum if they are already "creepin" on their social media pages.Exactly my point! So the real question for this particular part of PR is how do we get more riders/racers to learn about this site and use it??? That is the question that has been unanswered.
Like DD I tell everyone I meet that rides about the site, it is amazing to me how many people in our area that have NEVER heard of it ! I think PR should target bike shops and tracks with simple marketing ploys. Posters, banners, stickers and flyers. Be sure to get a link on every track web site and FB page also. Try to get tracks to post practice times and schedules on here more.
An idea I had was to have a track section in the forum. Each track could have a specific forum where people post threads only related to that track. Help keep promoters like JO who feels/ has been accused of overtaking the main page a place of their own. Perhaps the same for CRA, MRA, OMA, AMA .... ect a place of their own also.
Enough of a pot stirrers ramblings
. I could go on but most people attention gets lost after 100 words or more lol

Hershey is a sandbagger and should move up a class (new sentence how's that lol)More like 10 words!!!!
Possibly another unanswered question is how can the site encourage more posts from more people so it isn't considered as "cliquey" .. Regardless of whether I agree or disagree with that statement there is a select audience that PR appeals to and I truly think with some effort that audience can grow..
And yes I also agree that Hershey is a sand nagger...
