Smith Road, Sunday (10/25) 12-5 split benefit practice

Nexus pipe line would like to cut through Smith Road Raceway and we are looking to reroute them, working together with a local community group we are looking to raise funds for legal fee's by holding a special benefit practice

How can they just cut through the land that you own?? that's technically illegal isn't it?

They go after imminent domain if you do not agree to allow them to purchase a portion of your land. In our case they would like to cut through the track to install their pipe line and of course that's the last thing we want to happen. We are fighting them and hoping they agree to use an alternative route.

We got some rain last night but nothing major, sun is out so things are looking good, we changed up the track to avoid wet spots so take the first lap slow to check it out.

Also Larry wanted me to remind everyone that it's not ok to cut the track, everyone must ride the track the way it's laid out to ensure the safety of all the riders.
