hershey PR Elite Apr 12, 2016 #21 Thats moisture buildup in the cylinder/lower end. DId you wash it with a pressure washer and no tail pipe plug? Store it in an outdoor shed or trailer? Its either washing it or condensation build up from heating up and cooling down in storage.
