I agree. I thought Dungey was trying to find smooth spots and NOT always following #15. It was a joy to watch real riding on a track that was hard to pass on. All in all another very exciting race. I'm an avid fan but trying to pick each weeks top 5 has proved to be very difficult. It sure has been an unpredictable season so far. I'm going to Indy and was worried by then that the championship would already be decided. Throw that out the window. Glad for MM, well deserved win. So many could win there first race if Tomac bails off and Dungey has bad starts. Webb, Seely, Anderson, Reed maybe could all win at least one race. Dungey finishes 4th and extends his points lead. Dudes got it dialed in, in my book.Liked all the lines Dungey was using , trying to find some traction .
Yea, I know it's boring but he wins and doesn't walk with a limp or metal in his body, just a big fat wallet and record book.Dialed???? Lmao.....he got 4th and top guys weren't in the mix! He isn't a fast charging rider...ever. He is the champ of putting himself in the right spot all the time. I agree that makes him a champion usually. Its just boring.
It's hilarious to me that dungeys catastrophic races result in 4th place or better. But he's mediocre. He keeps this up he's gonna dethrone the goat for the goat title.
Going to have to disagree... Aldon made a good point, no one remembers who won a certain race each year.. its Championships people remember and that bring in the big bucks, which is something Dungey has been killing.
He was not handed anything. You have to be smart and be there every week.
