Windy Ridge MX opened earlier this year in Ripley Ohio. Matthew has been there a couple times now and really likes the track. I did not ride. It's a clay base with hardly any rocks at all. It was really tacky yesterday. Not sure how it will be on a really hot day.
Walker Brightwell is doing a great job on it though. Has a new 42 man gate sitting there waiting to be installed. Nice fun looking layout. Looking forward to racing there this year. They have some Buckeye Series races and one in the Kentuckania series.
I recommend you guys from northern ohio making a trip down to race one of the buckeye series races. I enjoy going north for a few OMA races, would be nice to see some guys from the north come down to southwest ohio for a race.
