What is included:
Wednesday – Gates open at 2:00pm Parking across the street in the mowed field.
Thursday - Saturday Training 8:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday Training 8:00am - 3:30pm
Daily Schedule
8:00am – 30 min warm up jog
8:30am – 15 min stretch
8:45am – 15 min mental coaching and pep talk for the goal at hand for that specific day
9:45am – Riders with bikes and stands will be needed for our daily body position drills before riding
10:00am – 20 minute warm up
10:20am – 10 min break, water, snack, gas
10:30am – 40 min of training
11:10am – 10 min break, water, snack, gas
11:20am – 40 min of training
12:00pm – 1 Hour lunch break
1:00pm – 30 minutes of sprints or motos
1:30pm – 15 min break, water, snack, gas
1:45pm – 45 min of training
2:30pm – 15 min break, water, snack, gas
2:45pm – 45 min of training
3:30pm – Riding is complete
4:30pm – Body weight 30 min work out
5:00pm – Day is complete

- 4 days of on and off the bike coaching and training
- Entire facility is being rented by Driven Mx
