Obituary​


SALEM – Philip Andrews, 77, passed away February 8, 2022 at his home. He was born August 27, 1944, son of the late Philip P. and Jane (Shute) Andrews.
Philip was a 1962 graduate of Hoover High School. He spent time riding motorcycles and racing and he was a member of AMA Motorcycle Club. Philip was the owner of Andrews Cycles since 1984, before retiring in 2011. Philip was an amazing husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed traveling cross the country in his motor home.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy (Strouble) Andrews; children, Joel (Nicki) Andrews and Fred (Amy) Andrews, both of Salem; grandchildren, Josie (Gage) DeWitt, Cody (Jen) Smeltzer, Tyler Smeltzer, Clayton Andrews and Remington Andrews; great granddaughter, Charlotte; brothers, Mark (Carolyn) Andrews, Dan (Sue) Andrews and Joel (JoAnn) Andrews.
Friends and family will be received from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, February 11, 2022 at Stark Memorial.

I used to love his shop. Bought some motorcycles from him over the years. He seemed like a great guy. RIP Phil
