Got my new 98 Kawi built next to my 89 Kawi...

I have always been a kawi fan but never raced them but in 1985 after I gave my M Stars back. Always thought they worked great, but were fragile.

I like Kawis for vintage racing. Gonna take the 98 out tomorrow and race it at a vintage race in SC tomorrow.

I hope the bike works as well as I was told. It's got some works parts on ot that I have taken off and replaced with standard Boyesen covers and removed the factory unobtainable suspension. I may want ti sell it later. That stuff can't be replaced

If you know anyone looking for some works Forks from 89, I can get them for you. Straight of JW bike

I owned a 98 and loved it. Bought it in 2016 and it had never even had the top end apart. It was a very low hour, original bike. I suspect you will like yours, but if you don't, let me know. Good luck in SC!
