CR vs KX

Eh, pretty much what MXA said back in 1994. I think they are biased... Green is the color of envy. Let the good times roll! :)

Never got to ride a kx500 , but did get to throw a leg over a 89 cr500..thing was so fun to ride… 3rd gear twist throttle…braaaap…

Yeah, I've only ridden the 2001 KX500 I had. And to that, mostly only rode it at the Dunes which only bike to compare to that at all was the 2007 KX 450 I had in the dunes. My KX 300 does ok, but is definitely screaming in comparison. Actually, I did ride my friends air cooled CR500...if I could start it he used to say...and it was a beast.

Fun bikes of yesteryear for sure.

Very cool to see those old big bores going at again like the old days and being pushed by riders who can manhandle them.

Do you ever feel sad or regretful for selling your RM465?
