Sound like wsx is already very political and got people fired up and it just started. Rules are that 4 wildcards are picked for every race that aren’t on any 10 teams following the circuit but those 4 wildcards can’t race the whole series. But they paid tomac $250k just to show up and he ended up winning $40k in purse money. But the rules say the wildcards can’t race unless there on 1-10 circuit teams. So even though Eli could win the wsx title and make hella money he isn’t signed up to race at Australia. But cdr factory Yamaha one rider luke clout crashed hard and potentially Yamaha could ask if Eli could ride instead of clout. Definitely very back and forth but teams on the circuit were already upset they paid him and roczen a ton of money just to show up. But roczen can race the next race cause he is on one of the ten circuit teams
