Kawasaki Colors

I was watching the 450 shoot out, and was thinking. Shouldn't Kawasaki go back to the Green and Blue color schemes of the 80s? To me that is KX colors and looked the best. I would like to see a new KX with a retro 80s green and blue color.

Nah. I mean a hint of blue is OK. I like color, but not all the abstract art color. Hubs possibly. Some hard parts on engine maybe. Aluminum frames shouldn't be painted, but polished. They need to come out with shorty silencers again... Who needs a bazooka coming out the back?

I like the new Kawi look. Gives me a nice base canvas on which to work...lol.

I rode a kawi 450 and they feel good and suspension and turning but the stock gearing is very weird. Felt like I had to short shift it and on the new Yamaha thing pulls for so long in second and third

Use to be a fast guy at NEMX, he had a KX with blue rims. I loved the look of that, never see that combo.

This always gets me, why was there so much room left? The axle way up the fork leg.. this looks like a death trap to me. Did these things break often with hard impacts?

I guess if you weren't dragging fork tubes through the ruts the track wasn't gnarly enough lol.
