This is from 1967. It is a Star Trek episode about a computer replacing Captain Kirk. There are other videos on youtube from this episode that are quite relevant that show how tech can go wrong.

Will be interesting to see what and where the first system, institution or infrastructure "AI-interference" will happen at?
Since these systems now have World Wide Web data resourcing and self-programming capabilities it makes me wonder and concerned for banking systems and financial institutions.
On one hand my brain says., "nothing to worry about here, they can shut these systems down if they get goofy", but the other side of my noodle tells me chaos and wreckage here is inevitable. Too many bad actors with self-serving evil agendas in the world today.
