For those who did not make it out, everything ran smoothly, with mid day track prep on Saturday to keep the track fresh. Sunday the track was much better, but dried out in some of the rollers and down hill jumps, this was to be expected with a forecast of 88 degree temperatures, and a natural terrain track. Parking was good, but full, I think if the campers parked a little closer to each other then you could have parked a few more rigs. The owners have put in a lot of time and money invested and plan on getting some additional new soil added , saw dust to help break down some of the clay. The track had very few rocks, the owners rock hounded the crap out of the track and the drive lanes was paved with them. The total rider turnout for their first race was around 360, not bad when considering tristate Mx had a race and the Columbus crew who race the Buckeye Series stayed close to home and raced at Honda Hills. Racing was done by 4pm on Sunday.
