Bucket list

There’s a thread on Vital MX that is getting some major attention.

It’s about your MX Bucket List items.

Reading through em ….brings to light just HOW BLESSED most of us are to have the Moto Experiences that we do.

Man you’re not even kidding shark.

I was in Florida this week for a moto-related class and on my way back to the hotel I’m thinking like what the hell would I do without this stuff.

I’d have so much time and money but what for? I don’t know what I would ever do with it.

Been all over the East Coast to ride and race. Learned so much - met so many people.

PW50 changed my life.

Thanks Sharc for starting this thread, I've been thinking about this for a while...

My health and fitness are at the top of my list. Without them, everything else is just words on a page.
My Mom is 91, almost 92 so I'm hoping for the same!

From a moto point of view, outside of all the tracks I normally frequent, it would be riding/racing some
tracks I've heard about or spectated:

Unadilla National Track - Hoping to make this happen in 2025 at their amateur race
Michigan Tracks, such as Big Air and Log Road
Illinois Tracks like Lincoln Trails and Sunset Ridge
Theres a very cool track in Iowa...sorry I can't think of the name
I'd like to go back to Monster Mountain, it's been probably 10yrs!
And I'm sure there are more...

Places I don't have any interest in...
So. Cal. I've been to Glen Helen for the MXGP. They can have it, I'll pass
Same with Washougal. Never been. Looks cool on TV but my preference is true loam not the hard base.

My dream list would have to include going back to AMA Districts.
I'm fearful the promotor-based series, while instrumental in the few years before Covid to current,
will eventually fall apart, leaving us without racing choices.

Lastly, no list would be complete without helping others become involved with the sport that
has provided so much pleasure (and pain!)

Went to northern Michigan 2 weeks ago with a big group to ride some really flowy sand trails, some of them groomed. Was a blast! Definitely going back next year. Worth adding to anyone’s bucket list, whether you’re a moto guy or woods guy.
Whered you go up there? I've spent a fair amount of time on sleds up that way.
